At S&G Trading, we take great care in preparing and inspecting every item before it is shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the item. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

All orders from SG Trading Card are shipped quickly and securely from Texas to all U.S. states.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within:

1 to 2 business days (Mon–Fri)

Preorders ship on or shortly after their official release date.

UPS Ground (for larger orders)

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned by USPS or UPS, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your order is:

Marked delivered but missing: contact the carrier to start a claim.

Returned due to incorrect address: reshipment costs may apply.

We handle lost-package cases individually but cannot guarantee replacement.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

We do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or incorrect items.

No Returns on Sealed Products or Singles

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Sealed trading card products

Booster packs, boxes, and tins

Singles

Accessories

Preorders

Mystery items or random lots

Any opened or unsealed product

Clearance or final sale products

All purchases are final once submitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
